YMHFA course Information
This interesting course is delivered by a young person who will teach you how to better assist and support your friends and loved obes who may be experiencing a mental health problem or in a mental health crisis.
You will learn the signs and symptoms of mental health problems, how and where to get help and what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective.
- 2 day course
- Course topics cover: depression, anxiety problems, psychosis, eating disorders, substance use problems, as well as suicide and other mental health crises.
- Participants receive a copy of the Youth MHFA manual and a certificate of attendance for you resume
