SafeTALK

Is a half-day alertness workshop that prepares anyone over the age of 15, regardless of prior experience or training, to become a suicide-alert helper. Both professionals and members of the general public can benefit from safeTALK.

Attend the half-day safeTALK program and learn to:

  • identify people who may have thoughts of suicide,
  • ask them directly about the possibility of suicide, then
  • connect them to life-saving resources.

Cost: FREE to Members of Community as part of Schizophrenia Awareness Week (SAW)
