For people who are Accredited Mental Health First Aiders, the refresher course offers an opportunity to extend their accreditation for a further 3 years.
The Mental Health First Aid Refresher course is a 4 hour face-to-face course that allows people who have previously completed a 12 or 14 hour Mental Health First Aid course to refresh their knowledge and skills. The content of each refresher course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.
Cost: $145 + booking fee – light refreshments will be provided.
(30% discount if previously completed MHFA with MIFWA)
