The Managing Conflict & Challenging Behaviour course has been designed to help reduce the risk of behaviours of concern, and to influence a safe and positive outcome in a difficult situation.
In this workshops you will learn positive approaches to behaviours of concern, including effective communication and de-escalation skills.
When: 9.00am to 12.30pm, Monday 28 March 2022
Where: MIFWA Midland
Cost: $100 + booking fee. Includes a light lunch and course materials.
