TheManaging Conflict & De-Escalation Skills Training has been designed to help reduce the risk of behaviours of concern, and to influence a safe and positive outcome in a difficult situation.
You will learn positive approaches to behaviours of concern, including effective communication and de-escalation skills.
Cost: $90 including booking fee. Includes a light lunch will be provided.
