Bringing Up Great Kids – Parenting for Good Days & Bad Days
This program is a social and educational group, focusing on parenting for good days and bad days.
In this workshop you will learn more about:
- Discovering ways to take care of yourself and find support
- Overcoming some of the obstacles getting in the way of being the kind of parent you want to be
- Ways to become a more reflective and mindful parent
- The origins of parenting styles and to be more effective
- Identify and communicate important messages to children and;
- Understanding the meaning of children’s behaviors
