As this is National Volunteer Week, MIFWA would like to acknowledge all its volunteers for giving up their valuable time and for helping us support community members.
We are always grateful for the help and experience that we receive from volunteers who have come and gone throughout the years. Without the impact that volunteers bring along, not only to Lorikeet but throughout our organisation, we would not be able to do the things we do.
Volunteers, they are the people that have the same passion and values that our organisation is driven by. They help us by making our members smile and they have meaningful conversations with the people that we support. They assist our staff so that they can better provide supports in various aspects of service.
Thank you so much for all that you do for us, and for each person whose life you’ve touched. We appreciate your time and experience.
