Carers Australia have released a series of short videos offering tips on how to show carers we care this National Carers Week and beyond.
National Carers Week is an opportunity to recognise, celebrate and raise awareness about the 3 million Australians providing unpaid care and support to their family and friends. Many carers are doing this essential job while silently coping, often putting their own needs last.
That’s why this year’s campaign urges our communities to ‘Show Them You Care’ by doing some small, but powerful actions that will make a difference in the lives of carers. Watch the video series for ideas of small actions you can take.
