LEARN HOW TO BETTER SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE EXPERIENCING MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS OR WHO ARE IN CRISIS.
Join us for this FREE Youth Mental Health First Aid course in Kulin.
Run over two days, learn about the signs and symptoms of the common mental health problems in young people, what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective, and how to provide mental health first aid in a crisis situation.
When: 16 & 18 March 2021 9.00am – 5.00pm
Where: Kulin District High School
Cost: FREE
Topics include: depression, anxiety, psychosis, eating disorders, substance use and suicide.
Participants receive a copy of the Youth MHFA manual and a certificate of attendance.
